The story of this top desi TV serial starts with a play Badminton tournament that is led by Heer in the Golden Temple of Punjab. Heer wins the tournament and celebrates her success by discussing the radish parathas with her father. Her sister-in-law scolds her for being late. Heer is a law student, and she is praying for her examination. Meanwhile, Her elder brother Gurmeet wants to go to Canada, but her father is not willing to allow him. Heer convinces her father to allow Gurmeet to follow his passion.

Heer Grewal is a kind-hearted young girl and has a friend Jeet, who often helps and protects her. The set of this desi drama is the rich cultural heritage of Punjab, India that significantly catches the attention of an audience. Jeets calls Heer and asks her to get married after the completion of her studies. But she disagrees with him and tells him about her pending examination. After the exam, Heer visits the disputed land with the family of Rajwinder. Rajwinder offers her a big amount of money for this land, but Heer rejects this offer and claims for the land.
