Bhagya Lakshmi is a top romantic Hindi TV serial on Zee TV and ZEE5 from Aug 2021 with the love story of Rishi and Lakshmi. Lakshmi is a kind-hearted girl who lives in a village and is married to a businessman Rishi Oberoi. Rishi’s mother Neelam fixes his son’s marriage with Lakshmi to avoid the death of her son by the lucky destiny of Lakshmi. But she is unaware of the truth behind her marriage. Rishi has a girlfriend Malishka and they are about to marry. But Malishka compromises on Rishi’s marriage as of his life.

After some time, Lakshmi gets to know about the reason for her marriage and decides to divorce. There, Malishka becomes insecure as Rishi’s interest is fully shifted toward Lakshmi. Rishi falls in love with Lakshmi during the six-month reconciliation period before the divorce. Lakshmi leaves Rishi’s house after divorce and decides to marry Vikrant. During this time, Rishi proposes to her but she rejects him.

Vikrant is a fraud and got exposed on their wedding day. Rishi also breaks her marriage with Malishka and again proposes to Lakshmi, but she is not willing to marry him as of Neelam. But later on, they marry each other and Lakshmi loses her mental stability in a planned car accident by Malishka.
